Return & Shipping Information

This policy has been updated on 2/3/26. If your order was placed before this policy update, it will fall under the previous policy (if any changes).

  • We utilize a multi warehouse shipping system. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments with varying delivery times. 
  • We are not responsible for any custom/duty fees incurred with international orders. Your order will not be canceled or refunded if delivery is refused.
  • Due to irreversible fees and high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel orders once placed. Please issue a return once order has been received. 
  • New with tags, unworn, unwashed items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Any items that smell of smoke, pet hair, fluids, stained, perfume, etc. will be denied and customer will be responsible for return shipping charges within 5 days or item(s) will be donated and customer will forfeit them.
  • We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee availability, please use your credit to replace your order for the item/size needed.
  • Coupon codes are only valid on the original order and cannot be re-issued or applied after a sale is completed.
  • Final sale items: horse hair pottery, Sassy Sage Jewelry, Clearance, Custom items, wholesale items 
  • Shipping fees and ShipTection are non- refundable 
  • Return shipping fees are customer responsibility  
  • Defective/Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery date. Please email support@thecinchycowgirl.com with a photo and your order number
