Position: Marketing & Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (United States only)
Hours: Approx 30/hr week

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, horse knowledgeableMarketing & Virtual Assistant to support our growing equestrian lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and confident managing both social media and behind-the-scenes operations. Candidate must know and understand the equestrian lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Social Media & Content

-Create and schedule content for Facebook & Instagram

-Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our community

-Create Reels (must be comfortable doing voiceovers)

-Assist with content planning and trend research

-Design graphics and videos using Canva & CapCut

Sponsorship Program Management

-Review sponsorship applications

-Communicate with sponsored riders

-Maintain ongoing relationships and follow-ups

-Track deliverables and ensure brand alignment

Brand Rep / Influencer Program

-Seek out and recruit influencers and brand reps

-Manage applications and onboarding

-Maintain communication and performance tracking

Wholesale Program Support

-Review wholesale applications

-Assist wholesale customers

-Manage wholesale accounts and communications

Email Marketing

-Create and send weekly email campaigns to retail customers

-Assist with list management and basic campaign analytics

General Virtual Assistance

-Support with various administrative and marketing tasks as needed

-Help keep systems organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

-Proficient in Facebook & Instagram

-Skilled in Canva and CapCut

-Comfortable on camera and/or recording voiceovers

-Strong written communication and organization skills

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Shopify knowledge is a bonus

-Must be 18 years or older

-Must reside in the United States
